Kathryne Carter is the owner of Grace And Virtue Events, a wedding and event planning company based in Silver Spring, MD. She planned her mother and stepfather’s wedding in 2009 – which was her first wedding. Her business name is based on a scripture given to her by her mother. Kathryne is passionate about the event planning process, being creative, working with couples & small businesses and developing business relationships with other vendors.
